CANCELATIONS : When signing up online after payment is made and the appointment is accepted, 

We can not reschedule a canceled class , 

If the appointment is accepted and cancelled at a later date , we will refund the payment made ,minus a 50 dollar cancellation fee plus taxes ($15). No exceptions .
