Terms and Conditions

 Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.


Common conditions agreement:

  • Withdraw and cancel of services, 24-hour notice required.
  • Customer expectations, 
  • We pick up and drop off at home school or work (same address per contract) 
  • If north of 2-10 highway or west of Stateline a travel fee will be added
  • Student shall have proper ID every day during classes.

     Rules for user behavior, forbidding ALL unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, bad attitudes.        (STUDENT SHOULD WANT TO TAKE THE COURSE)


  • 15 YEARS OF AGE THROUGH 60 YEARS OF AGE
  •  Any other terms or conditions that may apply can be reviewed at jamessmithdrivingschool.org.

Return and Refund Policy

This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.


A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
